ASA Automotive Systems has added additional capabilities to its TireMaster system through the integration of the Text-4-U customer engagement platform.
According to ASA, Text‐4‐U helps TireMaster dealers more effectively connect with customers through the exchange of real‐time interactive mobile text communications. The system has the ability to send “one‐off” mobile text messages and pre‐canned or automated custom messages for service reminders, confirmations and specials (with or without coupons). The system can also send photos as a text message to visually explain inspection findings and allow the customer to text back their approval to proceed.
